On appelle yotsèr la partie qui commence après « barékhou et Hachem hamévorakh » jusqu’à la amida.
Cette partie commence par « baroukh ata Hachem élohénou mélèkh ha-olam yotsèr or… », elle est donc appelée ainsi en référence au premier mot de cette berakha.
