Lorsqu’on doit changer le noeud des tefilin, doit-on dire léchem kedoucha tefilin ou léchem kedouchat tefilin ?

Chalom rav,

lorsque nous voulons changer par exemple la taille du nœud des tefilines nous devons dire lechem kedoucha tefiline ou bien lechem kedouchaT tefiline ?

Et pour les tsitsiths devons nous dire lechem mitsvat tsitsiths ou bien lechem mitsvah tsitsiths ?
